USI was founded in 1992 when owners Darryll Farinha and Francis J. Penney decided to take their years of experience working together and form a company that kept true customer service as its core value. Both Darryll and Frank could see that other HVAC providers did not have a full understanding of customer service and relationships and felt that they knew a better way to take care of their clients.
